I am an economist interested in interactions between heterogeneous individuals. Some institutions or environments may influence how socially efficient these interactions are.

I use experimental methods to study the causal impact of different situational parameters – e.g., inequality, conditions of group formation, repeated interactions, time – on outcomes such as trust and trustworthiness,  productivity, cooperation and competition, coordination, discrimination, and public good provision.

My work has applications in business economics, labor economics, financial economics, and industrial organization.
